Very impressive water heater

We bought this water heater almost four years ago as part of our house addition. Finally installed it two months ago and am really impressed!Installation - I had a professional install the new natural gas piping to where the heater was to be mounted. I did the final hook up my self (I would rate my self an advanced handy man). There were no issues with the final connection other than the local big box hardware stores (H*** D**** and L****) did not carry the gas flex pipe in a long enough size. I went to my local hardware store and they had the correct one hanging on the wall. If you can hook up a flexible hose for your sink, you can hook up the gas. Just test the connection for leaks with a soapy water mix to show any bubbles/leaks. Also, use the yellow Teflon tape, not the standard white stuff.Use - Works like a charm. The boss likes to take LONG soaks in the tub and she NEVER runs out of water now. We can have the dishwasher running, do dishes in the sink by hand and have another sink going and they all get plenty of hot water.Cons - The setting of the water flow can be a bit finicky. Seems there needs to be a minimum water flow to turn on the heater and if you set the faucet to a little bit to cold, the heater turns off and all you get is cold water. Not a big deal once you figure out what is going on, but a little confusing when you first start using it.
